As a DNA testing service firm, 23Mofang, like its counterparts, faces the biggest marketing problem - consumers greatly doubt the accuracy of its test results. Paradoxically, as the number of participants increases, the accuracy of the test will continue to rise. Why is it that entertainment like tarot cards, which is free of scientific evidence, is more popular? To eliminate prejudice of consumers, I provided 23Mofang with a visual marketing strategy featuring Tarot and Shadow Puppets, an art form with authentic Chinese DNA.
